Clear expectations protect an exceptional experience.

A security deposit of $1,000–$3,000 is required, depending on the selected vehicle. It may be paid in cash or collected or held on a credit card. The deposit may be applied to vehicle damage; if repair costs exceed the deposit, the renter is responsible for the remaining balance.

For rentals longer than six days, a credit-card preauthorization may be collected and refunded after the return inspection. ElloLux states that inspection is completed within 24 hours after return; the deposit or hold is then released when the vehicle passes inspection.

All reservations are non-refundable, with no cash or card refunds. When cancelled before the scheduled pickup date, the reservation amount is provided as non-transferable credit that may be used toward a future rental within 12 months of the original booking date.

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reservation amount applies.
• No-show: 100% of the reservation amount applies.
• Early return: the unused rental portion is issued as prorated credit, valid for 12 months.

Rental insurance is included in the estimate. Your representative will confirm the applicable coverage, exclusions and deductibles before reservation.

Renters using their own insurance must provide valid proof of qualifying coverage when signing the rental agreement. Coverage must extend to damage to the rental vehicle, personal injury and third-party property. The renter remains responsible for applicable deductibles.

Under the published terms, the renter assigns to the Owner/Lessor any recovery rights against responsible third parties and agrees to release and hold the Owner/Lessor harmless from legal, civil and criminal liability connected with the renter’s use of the vehicle. The final rental agreement controls all insurance obligations.

• 100 miles are included per rental day. Excess mileage is charged at a vehicle-specific rate based on the vehicle’s value and confirmed by the team.
• Rental insurance and unlimited SunPass toll access are included in your estimate.
• Use premium 93-octane fuel only and return the vehicle at the same fuel level. ElloLux publishes a $20 refuelling convenience fee.

Treat the vehicle carefully. No smoking, racing, drifting, tire spinning or other misuse is permitted. Do not wash or wipe down the vehicle yourself. Remove belongings and rubbish before return, and vacuum the vehicle if needed. Published care fees include:

• Standard cleaning: $55; smoking cleaning: $400; detail wash: $150.
• Smoking or hazardous-material interior damage: $500.
• Rim rash: $250 per rim; lost key: $1,000.
• Bumper damage or disassembly: $1,000.
• Light paint scratches: $800; deep paint scratches: $1,500.
